COMPLIANCE ENFORCEMENT
Conducted advice visits to hazardous10 and mixed waste generators12 to review procedures, labeling practices, and adherence13 to accumulation time limits.
Updated and managed the Underground Storage Tank Program, which included the creation of four-page Monitoring Plans that were used as models by the Department of Energy .
Coordinated14 certification of tanks and secondary containment15 for six Permit-by-Rule Hazardous Waste Treatment Units. Ensured upgrades were in compliance and directed the permit writing effort.
